Nick Lachey, singer and TV personality purchased this house, which was owned before by fashion model Heidi Klum, for over $5 million shortly after his highly publicized break up with Jessica Simpson. after that, he redecorated the property to be the "ultimate bachelor pad." The Property features overlooking Los Angeles, the Pacific ocean, a Modern Contemporary design, clean lines and offers a spectacular party pool.
The kitchen has also dark floors and brown furniture. The room is brighter due the huge windows and glass door.
